Master Guide Training

This event is for our Pathfinders and Pathfinder leaders.

The Master Guide program provides an opportunity for young people to expand themselves spiritually, physically and mentally.

Specifically, the Master Guide training event runs as an intensive course to complete the majority of the course requirements within a small time frame.

Led by District Directors, Pathfinders complete honours and learn strategies for leadership that they can take back to their local clubs.

We’ve been fortunate to see the largest ever cohorts of Master Guides graduate through this special program. It’s been great for the development of leaders in local clubs, and across Victoria as a collective.
