Phil has led in the VicYouth team for over 20 years. After many years serving in a voluntary capacity in the local church, he started as Assistant Youth Director in late 2010, and was appointed Youth Director at the end of 2013.
Prior to joining the VicYouth leadership team, Phil worked for Sanitarium in Victoria for many years while also holding active roles in his local church. Phil has also played a significant, ongoing role with STORMCo in Victoria as well as being a volunteer area coordinator for VicYouth.
